PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a coagulation reaction of ready-mixed concrete which is loaded in a drum of a concrete mixer truck from being accelerated due to an external air temperature, solar heat rays, internal friction heat generated by the rotation of a blade for stirring the ready-mixed concrete in the drum, and a temperature rise of the drum of the concrete mixer truck during the transportation of the ready-mixed concrete by the concrete mixer truck. SOLUTION: A cover is composed of a cloth including fibers having a long-time water-retention/heat-insulation/heat-retention function. A drum of a concrete mixer truck is covered with the cover so as to suppress a temperature rise of the drum part tightly in contact with the cover by utilizing vaporization heat in summer. Heat-retention/heat-insulation effects are accelerated without the addition of water in the season other than summer. Ropes at front/rear ends of the cover are fixed to the drum in order to prevent the cover from being displaced. Each rubber belt of the cover inner-face and each eyelet of each rubber belt are fixed by a rope so as to prevent the displacement of the cover and the easiness of mounting. The rope is inserted through the eyelets at upper/lower ends of the cover so as to tie upper/lower ends of the cover to each other, thereby preventing contact between the cover and the drum from being loosened.
