PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulating wheel drum for centerless grinding capable of securing a spark-out grinding region, improving roundness and surface roughness of a conical work, and reducing man-hours. SOLUTION: In the regulating wheel drum 10 for through feed centerless grinding, an angleδd formed by bottom faces 10aa of respective peripheries of a screw groove 10a continuing spirally and a drum axis Dj is made constant over entire area of the drum, and an envelope line L2 connecting same locations in the axial direction of respective peripheries of the screw groove 10a along the axial direction of the drum is made a curved line protruding outward in the radial direction over the axial direction of the drum.
