<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle equipment capable of certainly blocking sunlight without being operated mechanically. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The vehicle equipment includes a light-adjusting sheet 7 that is pasted onto a windshield glass of a vehicle and changes its light transmissibilty according to a value of voltage, and a rearview mirror 8 for securing a rearview of the vehicle. The rearview mirror 8 has a front photo-receiving sensor 60 for measuring a light intensity of sunlight entering from a vehicle front, a rear photo-receiving sensor 58 for measuring a light intensity inside a vehicle cabin, and a circuit board 54 for controlling application of the voltage to the light-adjusting sheet 7. The circuit board 54 applies the voltage to the light-adjusting sheet 7 when a combination of the light intensity which is photo-received by the front photo-receiving sensor 60 and the light intensity inside the vehicle cabin which is photo-received by the rear photo-receiving sensor 58 is a combination stored in advance in a memory means 91.
