<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive tension from being given on a pet and to prevent the pet from escaping by the unexpected action of the pet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pet harness to be worn by the pet is equipped with a vest part 11 having a prescribed area along the spinal cord of the pet, and contacting the back of the pet, a lead-engaging part 12 positioned at the surface of the vest part 11 and on the spinal cord, and a ringlike neck-part belt 13 wound around the neck part of the pet and an abdominal part belt 14 to be wound around the abdominal part of the pet, formed by using the lead-engaging part 12 as a starting point. The neck part belt 13 and the abdominal part belt 14 are sewed to the vest part 11 over prescribed lengths so as to keep a prescribed angle to the spinal cord. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
