<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for heating a splicer nozzle sufficiently, preventing the occurrence of uneven temperature in the splicer nozzle when piecing yarns, and achieving superior quality of a joint of yarns. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A splicer is provided with the splicer nozzle 28 forming a yarn piecing chamber 44 for piecing yarns and a fluid injection passage opened on an internal wall face of the yarn piecing chamber 44 to jet the heated fluid into the yarn piecing chamber 44.
