<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solder oxide-removing agent which prevents oxidation of molten solder so as to prevent production of solder dross, and further can remove produced solder dross, and to provide a method for manufacturing an electronic substrate using the organic solder oxide-removing agent. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Molten solder in a solder tank 1 is mixed with the organic solder oxide-removing agent comprising at least one additive selected from a crystal carbon agent of 0.0001 to 5.0 wt.%, a carbon nanotube of 0.0001 to 2.0 wt.%, phosphorous (P) of 0 to 1.0 wt.%, nickel (Ni) of 0 to 1.0 wt.% and indium (In) of 0 to 1.0 wt.%, and the balance rosin with inevitable impurities, or with rosin.
