摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of stabilizing ground, which can prevent the generation of hazardous elements such as hexavalent chromium, prevent the possibility of the generation of hazardous substances such as hydrogen sulfide, and supplied at low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the construction method of stabilizing ground, a ground-stabilizing agent which is formed by compounding blast-furnace slag cement type B with hemihydrate gypsum is added to and mixed with the ground. The ground-stabilizing agent includes elements in the ground such as fluorine contained in the ground and elements such as hexavalent chromium contained in the ground, and the amount of composition of the hemihydrate gypsum is selected within the range of 15 mass% to 50 mass% of the ground-stabilizing agent in agreement with the soil quality of the ground in order to increase the compressive strength of the ground. The ground-stabilizing agent is also selected and added within the range from 50 to 300 kg in each 1 m<SP>3</SP>of the ground. The hemihydrate gypsum is formed by using recycled gypsum formed by a discarded gypsum material such as a gypsum board. The compressive strength of the ground to which the ground-stabilizing agent is added can have a strength which is 1.5 to 1.6 times larger than that of the ground to which only the blast-furnace slag cement type B is added.
