PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting tool being applicable to a plurality of use forms and capable of positioning a bolt easily. SOLUTION: This mounting tool 1 attached to a first member to fix the first member on a second member is provided with at least one first through-hole 2 for introducing a head part of a bolt for fixing the first member on the second member between the first member and it, at least one second through-hole 3 communicating with the first through-hole 2 and allowing a shaft part of the bolt to pass through it, and a supporting part 4 for supporting the head part of the bolt when the shaft part of the bolt is introduced into the second through-hole. The first through-hole 2 is formed on a face where it opposes to the second member. The supporting part 4 has at least one recessed part or projecting part 4a engaging with at least one projecting part or recessed part formed in the head part of the bolt and forms a cavity allowing the head part of the bolt to move along the second through-hole 3 when attached to the first member.
