The structure (7) has a truncated or dome shaped energy restituting and damping element (8) placed at a heel zone. The element has a top turned in a foot direction and comprising a star shaped opening (9). Branches (10) are arranged in star shape and extended from a base of the restituting and damping element. An end of each branch is placed at periphery of a sole (1). A control element (17) extends between the branches for controlling striding of a foot of a user. The element is made of block polyether amide.
