<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving an HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) operation, during an HS-SCCH Less Operation mode in a UE (user equipment) of a wireless communication system, and to provide a communication apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: decoding data of an HARQ procedure corresponding to a current TTI (Transmission Time Interval) ; delivering the data to an upper layer reordering entity and reporting an ACK (positive acknowledgement) corresponding to the data when the data are successfully decoded; and assuming data stored in a first soft buffer corresponding to the current TTI as decoded successfully. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
