PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking support device supporting parking operation of a driver more appropriately. SOLUTION: The parking support device includes: a recognizing means recognizing a target parking position in a stop position with this target parking position and its own vehicle having a prescribed relative positional relationship; a supporting means supporting steering operation during parking operation based on the target parking position; and a parking assisting means 22 formed of a member extended to the outside in a vehicle width direction, which is arranged in the vehicle mirror of its own vehicle for assisting the driver to recognize three-dimensionally the relative positional relationship between the characteristic spot of the target parking position and its own vehicle, when the driver stops his/her own vehicle in the stop position.
