PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the pulling of a dash panel of a vehicle toward its original position if the dash panel is deformed backward by a collision. SOLUTION: If the dash panel 14 is deformed inward of a cabin 11 by the collision of the vehicle, the dash panel 14 is pulled toward the original position by a hook 26 attached to a wire 25 to expand a space in the cabin 11 to rescue an occupant inside the cabin 11. The dash panel 14 is provided with an eye bolt 21 to be used for engagement with the hook 26 at that time, thereby capable of effectively exerting the traction of the hook 26 on the dash panel 14 to pull the dash panel 14 toward the original position in a short time to rescue the occupant.
