<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system capable of providing the circulation water with a sterilizing function to prevent breeding of molds and bacteria, and generation of algae in the circulation water in a circulation heating circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This heating system has an opened air cistern 32 in the circulation heating circuit 30 connected to an indoor heating device 3, and includes a makeup water channel 20 for supplying the circulation water from a water supply 22 in the circulation heating circuit 30. A silver ion generating device 2 for sterilization is disposed in the makeup water channel 20, and the silver ion generated from the silver ion generating device 2 is mixed in the makeup water passing through the makeup water channel.
