PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a PTC heating wire is provided to improve conductivity of first and second hot wires by depositing carbon powder on a carbon polymer. CONSTITUTION: A first carbon powder is deposited on an outer circumference of a first hot wire(S200). A carbon polymer is deposited on the outer circumference of the first hot wire(S300). A second carbon powder is deposited on the outer circumference of the first hot wire(S400). A basic hot wire is made by cooling the first hot wire(S500). A second hot wire is wound around the outer circumference of the basic hot wire(S600). A third carbon powder is deposited on the outer circumference of the second hot wire(S700). A PVC resin is deposited on the outer circumference of the second hot wire(S800). The final hot wire is made by cooling the second hot wire(S900). |
