PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a urethane foam capable of efficiently molding a resin foam having excellent nature. SOLUTION: In a heating furnace 20, a first hot air blowout nozzle 21 is disposed at the upstream side in the moving direction of a truck 70, and a second hot air blowout nozzle 22 is disposed at the downstream side. The truck 70 passes the heating furnace 30 from a line 1 through a line 2, a mold 80 is heated by the hot air during that period and foam formation and a curing reaction of urethane progress. The temperature t<SB>1</SB>of the hot air blown out from the first hot air blowout nozzle 21 is set to be higher that the blowout temperature t<SB>2</SB>of the hot air blown out of the second hot air blowout nozzle 22. Resinification of urethane starts at early time, and surface tackiness of the surface of a molded article after being demolded is reduced. Furthermore, plastic deformation of the urethane molded product with crush treatment can be prevented or suppressed by sufficiently progressing the resinifying reaction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
