<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric machine, capable of sufficiently controlling heat applied to a tissue by a bipolar electrode, and reduce mechanical power when it is also used. <P>SOLUTION: The electromechanical surgical device, system, and/or method can include a case, at least two mutually facing jaws, and at least one electric contact which is connected to at least one jaw. The electric contact can include at least either one of a bipolar electric contact and an ultrasonic electric contact. The electric contact can be a train of electrodes which are located on one or all the jaws. A detector can be connected to any tissue located between the jaws for detecting and transmitting the temperature of the tissue. When the jaws are at a closure position, and the electrodes penetrate the tissue to a bottle part where a hole can open, the bottle part containing fluid in which a hole can open can also be located on at least one jaw, so that fluid can be discharged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
