<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a plurality of data blocks variable in length in the form of data stream capable of recollecting these data blocks later. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes a process for forming an indexed data block for each of data blocks in which pixel blocks are mapped within the frame of the image data.
