<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet mounting structure which surely holds magnets and is easy to remove the magnets. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The magnet mounting structure is provided with: first planar zip-fastenings 1, 1; a bag body 2 on which these planar zip-fastenings 1, 1 are mounted; encasing chambers 3 formed between the first zip-fastenings 1, 1 and the bag body 2; inlet openings 4 formed on the first zip-fastenings 1, 1 as if to be engaged upon the encasing chambers 3; magnets 5 encased within the encasing chambers 3 via these inlet openings 4; and second planar zip-fastenings 6, 6 that are hooked on the first planar zip-fastenings 1, 1 while covering the inlet openings 4.
