<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an electric wave reflection cross section (RCS) of a target subject changes depending on relative positional relations with a guided missile or ground system radar, but a radar evaluation test has been conventionally conducted on a basis of the constant RCS, resulting in a failed simulation of an actual target unless the actual target (an airplane, the guided missile, and so on) is actually launched. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A receiver provided for active radar augmentation includes a computer calculating relative positional relations (Az, El) with the guided missile and a frequency, and a database for an RCS model in accordance with the target subject (the airplane, the guided missile, and so on).
