<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, capable of improving development efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The control device 11 takes, as a control object, an automatic transmission 1 in which the process from input of a solenoid driving duty duty_sol as an operation quantity to output of an actual torque Ta as a control quantity can be divided to a solenoid driving circuit 2, a hydraulic control part 3, a clutch 4 and a gear train 5 as a plurality of control elements, and calculates the solenoid driving duty duty_sol based on a target value Tt to the actual torque Ta. The control device includes a plurality of inverse operation parts 12-15 provided to be paired with each of the control elements 2-5 and configured to inversely calculate the input from the output of the corresponding control element. The inverse operation parts 12-15 are combined in the inverse order to the control elements so that the solenoid driving duty duty_sol is calculated by successively inversely calculating the target value in the inverse operation parts 12-15.
