PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for stopping steam ejection when an empty bag reaches in a device for evacuating a packaging bag through condensation of heated steam ejected in the packaging bag filled with object to be packaged. SOLUTION: A suction cylinder 50 connected to a suction apparatus 52 is installed in a vicinity of the stopping position of the packaging bag 20, and a means for moving a nozzle 30 is provided between the stopping position of the packaging bag 20 and the suction cylinder 50. When a sensor 26 installed on a conveying track of the packaging bag 20 detects the empty bag, as the signal 54 transmitted from a controller 53 rotates a shaft 35 via a lever 41 by a first motor 40, the nozzle 30 is swung toward the suction cylinder 50 along an arrow mark 56 by the rotation of the shaft 35, and at the same time, heated steam to be fed to the nozzle 30 from a steam generator 37 is disposed and ejected toward the suction cylinder 50.
