PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing sewage with an SBR method using a floating surface aeration device and a control method of reaction bath are provided to purify and discharge the sewage by installing a shield on an inflow pipe and an air vent. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing sewage with an SBR method using a floating surface aeration device comprises an inflow manhole, an adulteration overall processor, a rotating vortex reaction bath(10), a ultraviolet ray sterilization bath, a flow meter and a sludge reservoir. The rotating vortex reaction bath comprises the following: a propeller housing(17) built on the bottom of the reaction bath; an aeration device(13) equipping a turbo propeller(150); a floater(11) supporting the aeration device; a gear shaft connected to a speed reduction motor(12); and a discharge device(14) with a scum shield and an air shield.
