PURPOSE: A trash can with a garbage compressor is provided to prevent garbage from being attached on a compressing plate and evenly compress the garbage by compressing the garbage when the compressing plate is horizontal. CONSTITUTION: A compressing plate compresses garbage put into the main body(100). A support plate(3) is installed on the upper part of an extendable unit(2), has a guide groove, and lifts the compressing plate when the extendable unit is extended and contracted. The guide groove guides rollers installed on the upper end of the extendable unit. An operating rod(4) folds or unfolds link members by pushing or pulling a hinge connecting part of the link members. |
