Disclosed is a method for producing a photoelectric composite substrate with excellent productivity, which comprises a step for bonding an optical waveguide with a sheet-like adhesive, a step for forming an optical waveguide with adhesive by removing a supporting base of the sheet-like adhesive, a step for forming an electrical wiring board with optical waveguide by bonding the optical waveguide with adhesive to an electrical wiring board, and a step for forming an optical path conversion mirror on the optical waveguide of the electrical wiring board with optical waveguide. Also disclosed are a photoelectric composite substrate produced by such a method, and a photoelectric composite module using the photoelectric composite substrate.
