USIM CARD, DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING THE SAME AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A USIM card, a data management system using the same and a method thereof are provided to be able to use the application or contents within the valid term without making another payment. CONSTITUTION: A memory unit(210) stores the terminal information about the mobile communication terminal, data information and charge settlement information about data. If only the attention card separates in the mobile communication terminal as mount, the terminal information control unit(270) collects the terminal information from the mobile communication terminal. The data content control unit(280) uses data information and the download history of data is confirmed. The data content control unit confirms whether the data contents exists in the mobile communication terminal. The charge settlement content control unit(290) confirms the charge settlement about the payment, paid amount of money and term of validity.
