PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost, high-reliability fuel cell cogeneration system that eliminates the need for a burner air supply blower by using cathode exhaust as a reformer's combustion air.
SOLUTION: The fuel cell cogeneration system includes a reformer 2 for reforming fuel introduced therein into a hydrogen rich gas, and a fuel cell 1 comprising an anode 1a and a cathode 1b. The supply of cathode air to the cathode 1b is effected by a cathode air supply blower 5. A cathode exhaust discharge line 10 connected to the exit side of the cathode 1b of the fuel cell 1 and a cathode air supply line 11 for supplying air to the cathode 1b by means of the cathode air supply blower 5 are connected to a total heat exchanger 12 that exchanges heat as well as causes water to migrate. The cathode exhaust passing through the total heat exchanger 12 is introduced to a reformer burner 3 via a cathode exhaust supply line 13.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
