<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for making each individual recognize his or her own carbon dioxide emission by measuring the ratio of using the carbon dioxide emission sources such as an electric product, a vehicle, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon dioxide emission calculation system has a first radio means and a second radio means for restricting the use and releasing the use restrictions of an apparatus to be controlled which generates carbon dioxide. When a distance between the first radio means and the second radio means is within a predetermined distance, the second radio means releases the use restrictions of the apparatus to be controlled, and the first radio means measures an operating time when the use restrictions of the apparatus to be controlled is released, and calculates the carbon dioxide emission of the apparatus to be controlled on the basis of the measured operating time and the carbon dioxide emission per unit time of the apparatus to be controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
