<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device promoting a registration in a short-cut function and being capable of easily carrying out the registration in the short-cut function, and to provide a device for forming an image. <P>SOLUTION: The operating device has a display section displaying various images, and an operating section receiving operation instructions.
