PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multichannel signal-processing apparatus which measures a wide range at a relatively low speed and performs a measurement within a relatively narrow range at high speed and with high resolution. SOLUTION: A multichannel signal-processing apparatus comprises: a low-pass filter 2 for extracting a sensor low-speed signal S4 from a sensor signal S1; a reference signal memory 3 for storing the sensor low-speed signal S4 as a reference signal S2; a differential amplifier 1 for generating a differential amplification signal S3 of the sensor signal S1 and the reference signal S2; an A/D converter 101 for the differential amplification signal S3; an A/D converter 102 for the sensor low-speed signal S4; a switch 4 for opening/closing a signal path from the low-pass filter 2 to the reference signal memory 3; a selector 103 for selecting a channel from the low-pass filter 2 to the A/D converter 102; a selection determination device 202 for determining a selection channel; and a converter 201 for calculating a sensor physical quantity S9 from the reference signal S11 and a differential amplification signal S7.
