<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress tilting of rollers of a roller bearing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An eccentrically oscillating type gear device includes: a first roller bearing 55a fitted on a first eccentric part of a crankshaft; and a second roller bearing 55b fitted on a second eccentric part of the crankshaft. Each of roller bearings 55a, 55b has a retainer 57 retaining a lot of rollers 56. The retainer 57 includes: a pair of ring-like parts 57a positioned at axially end part of the rollers; and a lot of connection parts 57b spaced from each other in a circumferential direction of the ring-like parts 57a, and connecting between the ring-like parts 57a. In the connection part 57b, a virtual circular ring R1 defined by the connection parts 57b of the first roller bearing 55a and a virtual circular ring 2 defined by connection parts 57b of the second roller bearing 55b are formed in a size in such a manner that they are lapped with each other in a whole circumferential direction when seen from an axial direction of the crankshaft.
