<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus and the like wherein a time until reproduction or display of data of a processing target is started after the data are inputted is reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This data processing apparatus executing, to the inputted data, a series of processing by a combination processing section wherein a plurality of processing sections sharing processing are connected in order of the processing has: a processing storage section storing the plurality of processing sections for constructing the combination processing section; a construction information storage section storing construction information for constructing the same combination processing section as the past combination processing section used for the execution of the processing of the past data most newly inputted in the past; and a processing construction section performing reading from the plurality of processing sections constructing the same combination processing section as the past combination processing section based on the construction information in timing before the data are inputted, and connecting the plurality of processing sections in the same processing order as the past processing order to construct the same combination processing section as the past combination processing section.
