PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly protect an auxiliary machine at front collision of a vehicle while attaining downsizing of an engine room in an auxiliary machine supporting structure for a vehicle in which the auxiliary machine is arranged/supported in a position near a rear side of the vehicle of a shroud extending in a vehicle width direction in the engine room in the front part of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The front part of an air cleaner 31 is mounted/supported on the shroud 16 through a front side mounting bracket 33, and the lower side of the rear part is mounted/supported on a mount 36 mounted to a vehicle body through a rear side mounting bracket 34. On the front side mounting bracket 33, a removal mechanism for removing the front side mounting bracket 33 from the shroud 16 by abutting it on the shroud 16 at retreating of the shroud 16 is provided. On the rear side mounting bracket 34, a rubber bushing 39 for allowing the air cleaner 31 to be pivoted such that an upper part of the air cleaner 31 is retreated, is provided.
