PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust system capable of preventing the occurrence of an accident of incomplete combustion. SOLUTION: The gas combustor 2 burns gas in a combustion chamber 21. An exhaust duct 3 makes the combustion chamber 21 communicate with outside air. An exhaust fan 4 disposed in the exhaust duct 3 is operated to discharge the combustion exhaust gas of the gas combustor 2 to the outside air through the exhaust duct 3. An exhaust control section 5 operates the exhaust fan 4 from the start of the combustion of the gas combustor 2 to a time when the prescribed incomplete combustion gas is not detected by the gas detecting means 8 after the finish of the combustion of the gas combustor 2.
