PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct light in weight and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The extensible duct 1 includes at least a hood part 101 composed of a flexible sheet, and a core member 102 arranged to support an inner surface 101a of the hood part 101 and to keep a shape of the hood part 101. The core member 102 is composed of a fiber reinforced composite resin linear body comprising a long fiber part, a thermosetting resin part thermally treated while being impregnated in the long fiber part, and a thermoplastic resin part for coating the periphery of the thermosetting resin part.
