PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional drawing where conveying routes are arranged with high accuracy while simplifying data input. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional drawing creation device is provided with: a facility drawing data capturing means 1 for capturing facility drawing data on a plurality of floors; a conveying route data capturing part 2 for capturing conveying route data added to respective facility drawing data; a height data reception part 3 for receiving input of the height data to respective facility drawing data on the plurality of floors; an identifier receiving part 4 for receiving an identifier added so as to identify a lift start position and a lift end position of a lifting means for lifting a conveying body from one to the other on the conveying route on two floors different in height; a three-dimensional data creation means U1 for creating three-dimensional data on the basis of the conveying route data and the height data; and a three-dimensional drawing creating means U2 for creating a three-dimensional drawing of the conveying route on the basis of data formed by connecting the three-dimensional data and the two identifiers with each other.
