A fastener tape (1) has a band-like male member (11) on one side of the tape and a female band-like member (12) on the other side engaging with the male member (11). The male member (11) has a band-like base section (111) fusion bonded to a bag body (20), and the female member (12) has a band-like base section (121) fusion bonded also to the bag body (20). The band-like base section (121) has a portion extending beyond the width of the band-like base section (111), and this portion is defined as a seal base section (13). A separation layer (14) and a seal layer (15) are layered on the seal base section (13) on its surface (13B) on the engagement section (10) side, and the seal layer (15) is sealed to an opposite inner surface of the bag body (20) to form a seal section (16).
