BYPASS VALVE OPERATED BY HYDRAULIC PRESSURE

PURPOSE: A bypass valve which is driven by water pressure is provided to dampen the shock resulting from sudden operation of a check valve. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder(2) comprises a spring(7) and a piston(5). A water pressure pipe(4) is extended from a bypass pipe(10) to the lower side of the cylinder. A load control screw(6) connects one end of 'the piston protruding from the top of the cylinder to a bypass valve(1). The bypass valve is opened and closed by the piston which is contracted by the water pressure of the water pressure pipe and returns by the resilient force of a spring.
