<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter electrode substrate of a die sensitizing solar cell of high conductivity and excellent electrolyte erosion resistance, and to provide the die sensitizing solar cell, along with a solar cell module, of high efficiency and low cost which uses the counter electrode substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A counter electrode substrate 40 provides for a die sensitizing solar cell arranged through an electrolyte layer to counter an electrode substrate which includes on its surface a porous semiconductor layer where sensitizing die is carried. It includes a metal layer 41, an oxide film layer 42 formed on the metal layer 41, a carbon-contained layer 43 formed on the oxide film layer 42, and a catalyst layer 44 which is formed on the carbon-contained layer 43 and includes catalyst action for the reaction of oxidizing/reducing pair contained in the electrolyte layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
