<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system which can suppress the degradation of power storage units mounted to a vehicle having an external charging mode, and a vehicle with the system. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle 100 includes the power storage units 4-1, 4-2, and a charging unit 30 for externally charging the power storage units 4-1, 4-2 by receiving power form an external power source. When a connector 350 is coupled to the vehicle 100 and a state ready for charging by the external power source is attained, a controller 2 predicts a degradation ratio of the power storage unit at the time point of completion of external charging based on the degrdation characteristic of the power storage unit in conection with SOC and a battery temperature Tbat obtained in advance, and sets a target charge state value of each power storage unit based on the battery temperature so that the predicted degradation ratio does not exceed a tolerable degradation ratio at the time point of completion of external charging.
