<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a history of a document given in response to a document use requirement. <P>SOLUTION: A document registration part 130, which receives a document as an operation result and its management ID and a master ID as a management ID of the document before the operation from a client, stores the document in a document DB 100 and stores the management ID and the master ID in a derivation relationship DB 110 respectively. In response to a use request specifying a management ID and a search condition for a designated document, a request processing part 140 outputs information about an output target document satisfying the search condition among documents included in a tree structure, to which the designated document belongs, among tree structures shown by derivation relationship groups in the derivation relationship DB 110. The document registration part 130 receives a management ID of a document, which is a result of output of the information about the output target document carried out by the request processing part 140, from the client, and associates the management ID of the output target document with the received management ID to be stored as the master ID in the derivation relationship DB 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
