<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device that suppresses a phenomenon in which an image projected on the eyes is seen doubled, which is caused when a display section is moved in a distant/close direction to a user. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal device 101 includes: a distance detecting section 104 that detects a distance between the display section 106 and a user; a movement degree detecting section 103 that detects the degree of the movement of the display section in a close/distant direction with respect to a user; a displacement image generating section 108 that generates a left eye image and a right eye image so that a reference image generated by a reference image generating section 107 and used as the base of an image displayed by the display section 106 is displaced in a left direction or in a right direction on the basis of the distance detected by the distance detecting section 104 and the degree of movement detected by the movement degree detecting section 103; and an image display control section 109 that displays the left eye image and the right eye image on the display section 106 so that the left eye image is recognized by only the left eye of a user, and the right-eye image is recognized by only the right eye of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
