METHOD FOR PREVENTING CRYSTAL GROWTH AND PARTICLE AGGLOMERATION IN NANOPARTICLE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing crystal growth and particle agglomeration in a nanoparticle composition in heating or storage.

SOLUTION: The method is for forming a nanoparticle composition which makes an optimal effective average particle size thereof about 150 nm to about 350 nm and is for a poorly soluble drug having one or plurality of non-crosslinking surface stabilizer(s) adsorbed on the surface of drug, wherein at least one of the at least one or plurality of the surface stabilizer(s) used here is a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester.
