<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter circuit capable of driving a switching element requiring positive and negative power supply voltages by enabling to supply positive and negative power supply voltages by a boot strap circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter circuit is provided with an upper arm side drive circuit (20) for applying either an upper arm positive or negative drive voltage (Vuh or Vul) as a gate voltage to the upper arm side switching element (10), and a lower arm side drive circuit (21) for applying either a lower arm positive or negative drive voltage (Vxh or Vxl) as a gate electrode to the lower arm side switching element (11). The inverter circuit is further provided with a positive voltage capacitor (C1) for supplying an upper arm positive drive voltage (Vuh) to the upper arm side drive circuit (20), and a negative voltage capacitor (C2) for supplying an upper arm negative drive voltage (Vul) to the upper arm side drive circuit (20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
