PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid storage container which allows fluid to freely flow in a prescribed flow path between the inside of the container and the outside thereof upon the upright standing of the fluid storage container and prevents the fluid from flowing upon the non-upright standing of the container, without using a complicated configuration, and to provide a fluid ejection device. SOLUTION: The fluid storage container includes: a container body which stores the fluid in the closed state; the flow path which is made of an elastomer and is disposed so as to be communicated between the inside and the outside of the container body; and a weight connected with the flow path, wherein the flow path is extended in the gravity direction upon the upright standing of the container body and is bent upon the non-upright standing of the container body.
