PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that aluminum is melted by abnormal overheat of a sheath heater and drops on adjacent electric components in an abnormal state that the power is constantly supplied to the sheath heater of a steam generating means caused by failure of a control device and the like. SOLUTION: A heater cover 7 of the shape surrounding three or more faces of an aluminum diecast 3 in which the sheath heater 2 is buried, is disposed, the heater cover 7 is provided with a supporting section 8 for supporting the sheath heater 2 from a lower part, and further the melted aluminum can be stored in the heater cover 7. As the heater cover 7 receives and stores the dropping aluminum, the aluminum can be prevented from dropping to the electric components disposed at the lower part. Further by mounting the supporting section 8 for supporting the sheath heater 2 from the lower part, an area to be kept into contact with the melted aluminum, of the sheath heater 2 can be reduced, thus the sheath heater 2 itself is disconnected by abnormal temperature rise, and heat generation can be stopped in safety.
