摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge condensate formed in an inner tube to an outside of an apparatus from an inside of the inner tube and discharge condensate formed in an inside exhaust gas channel to the outside of the apparatus regardless of the opening or closing state of a valve, in an exhaust heat recovery apparatus including double exhaust gas channel between the inner tube and an outer tube. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes an inner tube part 10, a valve 20 disposed at an exhaust system downstream side of a communication path 12a of the inner tube part 10, an outer tube part 40 disposed with an interval from an outer circumference side of the inner tube part 10, and a heat exchanging part 30 disposed between the inner tube part 10 and the outer tube part 40. The heat exchanging part 30 includes a first exhaust gas channel 32a, a second exhaust gas channel 32b, and cooling water channels 31a, 31b. The apparatus includes a first condensate discharge path 33 providing communication between the first exhaust gas channel 32a and a discharge area Z of exhaust gas discharged from exhaust gas discharge ports 12, E of the inner tube part and the heat exchanging part.
