<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately distribute airflow volume of air from two upper and lower outlets and to effectively utilize a space at the back of a housing in an air conditioner comprising a heat exchanger and a pair of upper and lower fans in the housing having inlets, the upper outlet and the lower outlet, exchanging heat of the air flowing into the housing from the inlets by the heat exchanger, and supplying the air from the upper outlet and the lower outlet by the pair of upper and lower fans. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this air conditioner 1 comprising the heat exchanger 3, and the pair of upper and lower fans 4, 5 in the housing 2 having the inlets 8, 9, the upper outlet 10 and the lower outlet 11, exchanging the heat of air flowing into the housing 2 from the inlets 8, 9, by the heat exchanger, and supplying the air from the upper outlet 10 and the lower outlet 11 by the pair of upper and lower fans 4, 5, diameters of the pair of upper and lower fans 4, 5 are different from each other.
