PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element which comprises a layer formed by a coating method and has light emission efficiency and light emission life better than those of a conventional one, a lighting device and a display device. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence element has both the two layers of a layer formed of a mixture including polymer or oligomer having one or more polymerizable substituent, and a light emitting layer containing a phosphorescence material.
