PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can easily reduce flooring impact noise, especially weight flooring impact noise on the floor without changing a structure of the floor above. SOLUTION: The construction structure for dwelling environment improvement is a structure of a building having two or more stories of which boundary floor is a slab S. A ceiling 1 made of a porous board is provided below the slab S at predetermined intervals. Then, charcoal is placed on the back of the ceiling of the porous board through a sheet member which prevents falling of charcoal powder and also secures permeability. The proportion of the charcoal having a major axis of 4.75 mm or more to the whole charcoal is under 20 vol%, and the volume proportion of the charcoal of a major axis from 4.75 mm to 2.36 mm is greater than the volume proportion of the charcoal having a major axis of 2.36 mm or less.
