PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent curable composition from which a cross-linked polyvinyl acetal resin having high mechanical strength, excellent solvent resistance, and excellent thermally degradable property is manufactured, and which is excellent in preservation stability, and to provide an inorganic powder paste composition and a ceramic slurry composition, using the latent curable composition. SOLUTION: The latent curable composition contains the polyvinyl acetal resin (A) having specific four chemical structural units, a blocked polyfunctional amine compound (B) comprising a salt of a polyfunctional amine compound (b1) and an organic acid (b2) and an organic solvent (C).
